We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Melanie Martinez official store. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that intimate apparel and limited edition media must be unopened.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
